Competition Rules and Regulations

1.&= nbsp;   Open to trucks, cars or ATVs (4-wheelers) 2 or 4 wheel drive.

2.&= nbsp;   Vehicle must be in good mechanical= condition.

3.&= nbsp;   Only 1 driver per vehicle.

4.&= nbsp;   No passengers allowed.<= /span>

5.&= nbsp;   No pro-arena type vehicles allowed= .

6.&= nbsp;   DOT approved tires only.

7.&= nbsp;   Must be stock frame.

8.&= nbsp;   Shocks must be mounted in stock location of that vehicle.

9.&= nbsp;   After market exhaust allowed. May = run open headers.

10.= Suspension lift kits allowed.

11.= No nitrous oxide or aftermarket super/turbo chargers.
12.= Roll bars, fire extinguisher, neck brace or any approved safety device is strongly=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0= recommended. (Roll bars required if vehicle does not have a hardtop).
13.= Must have seat belt, or racing type harness.

14.= DOT helmet required.

15.= Drivers must be at least 16 years old.

16.= Vehicle must not have any obscene language on it.

17.= Drivers must attend driver's meeting prior to the event.

18.= Drivers and pit crew must not be drinking or smell of alcohol and drivers must not= be using illegal drugs. IDD reserves the right to have the Police depar= tment check the driver=92s condition if we feel there is a problem with drugs or alcohol.

Drivers Read:

1.&= nbsp;   It is the driver=92s responsibilit= y for their vehicles safe operation and safety equipment.

2.&= nbsp;   All vehicles must have operable br= akes, throttle returns and an ignition shut off. Helmets and seat belts are required.

3.&= nbsp;

OVER

Foul or Abusive Language will NOT be tolerated. Nor will disrespec= t to other racers, race officials or spectators. Drivers are responsible = for their own actions as well as the actions of their pit crews.

4.&= nbsp;   Roll cages and racing type seat be= lts are recommended.

5.&= nbsp;   It is the driver's responsibility = to inform the track official in the proper hook up of their vehicle.

6.&= nbsp;   Drivers are responsible for the sa= fe operating condition of their personal vehicle. All loose items shoul= d be removed from cab and bed of vehicle as ANYTHING falling out during the race will result in your disqualification.

7.&= nbsp;   Race order will be determined at t= he drivers meeting.

Drivers are expected to go to the staging area and to be ready to race when the Tr= ack officials ask you to. Officials will instruct drivers to line up in = run order. Drivers will have a ONE (1) minute grace period to be on the = line and ready to race. If unable to meet this time frame, they will be disqualified for that run.

All vehicles must come to a COMPLETE STOP after crossing the finish line. Failure to do so will result in disqualification for that run. Failure to comply with the above will result in immediate dismi= ssal from the race, with all monies forfeited.

Runs will be timed and positions will be scored with the quickest time being yo= ur scored time.

Special note to ALL DRIVERS and TE= AM MEMBERS

Check your vehicle closely before racing. It is imperative that all participants take every precaution to ensure a safe event for both the Dri= ver and Spectators. Your brakes must be in good working order, and will = be tested at tech. Your throttle must work smoothly; your racer must= be safe as possible.
